The brief was to design a poster and promotional materials for a Universal UK staff-only event. The goal was to create something vibrant and fun that built excitement and worked across different platforms.

The insights came from talking to people about their end-of-year work events and what stood out. The most memorable moments were the ones where staff felt appreciated.
The final campaign was designed to work across both digital and physical spaces. Personalised posters were displayed outside the office and used as backdrops behind artists during performances. The aim was to celebrate the staff and create a lively, inclusive event where everyone felt seen and appreciated.
